Yes you can be a canon character (naruto, sakura, sasuke) BUT you have to know how to rp as them (match their personality, goals, way of thinking) perfectly and be able to rp really, REALLY good.
No godmodding (aka having unlimted chakra (UNLESS your bloodline allows it and that bloodline has been approved), saying you cant die, dodging everything (UNLESS your fighting someone/something much lower rank than you), etc)
Listen to admins and mods
No sitting in the chatbox all day, actually rp
No double posting (unless the situation calls for it)
